Opening and strengthening the legs creates a grounded and empowered foundation for uncovering flexibility throughout the entire body. This class grows openness, strength and awareness throughout the legs to further develop optimal alignment and opening in the body. We visit supported postures with the use of the wall to give increasing insight into the legs' potential. Open to all levels.

This workshop is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the vast sonic capabilities of gongs and singing bowls. The vibrations of these instruments has a compelling positive effect on the body, breath and mind. Practitioners will be primed for the sound bath experience with a guided yoga nidra practice to bring about calm, receptive and centred state.
Yoga For Sciatica Relief

Sciatica can be a major pain! Nearly 70% of sciatic pain is caused by a tight piriformis - a small, deep hip muscle. In this special class, you will learn about the sciatic nerve, the piriformis muscle and yoga poses that can help to ease the pressure on the sciatic nerve. Leave with increased ease and a handout of poses you can practice at home.
